Reviewing a lesson counts the same as if you did a new lesson. Gold and platinum are just to give you an introduction to the Lessons. With several thousand lessons available, diamond with unlimited lessons is the only level that actually allows you to study them.
Bugged lessons

No, baddogno, I'm sure it isn't. I've done it several times and this feature was explained to me recently.
"Lesson counts reset each week on Sunday at midnight. Repeating the same lesson DOES count toward your total lessons for that week as described in our FAQ article: How do Lessons work?"
Got this message from Chess.com support in April.

I guess this must be a language issue. Not sure how they can make it any plainer though.
Repeating the same lesson does count toward your total lessons for that week.
I've just done the same lesson 3 times and now it says I've done all lessons I could with my current premium plan. It's clearly a bug since we should be able to repeat the same lesson.
I'd use the bug feature, but I haven't had luck with it in the past.
Also, even if I had done 3 of those, it is nothing compared to regular lessons... some of those consist of 5 secs reading + a single move that doesn't take more than a few seconds. It should be rethought, in my opinion.
