Can't update Profile picture

Chess.com app is misbehaving, my profile photo just disappeared. Chess is best enjoyed on the board not simulated. You guys should improve your program

It was fixed from the original issue. This is a new bug and staff are looking into it

I am trying to change my profile pic but there is no option that is letting me to. Please help!

Same, I keep pressing on what I want it to be. Though when I press on what I want it to be it won't show up.

There are two ways of logging in. One through the chess app and the other through the web ( google etc). The functions are different on each. If one doesn’t get me what I want I use the other

If the image is an unsupported type or is too large it won't work

I thought the bug was fixed but I am still not able to have permission to edit my account. I am still waiting for it to be fixed.

There are some limitations on new accounts. What exactly are you trying to change?
