i have only used the tools available here on the chess.com site, so i am unfamiliar with using explorer.
Can you limit Explorer by date range?

No, Explorer only has exact date filters.

I'm looking for the same tool. I think it's very rare they haven't add it even in insights because it's extremely useful.
