Cannot access email

Hello. I have a chess.com account which I am currently paying a premium subscription to. I used to access it via my Facebook account. However, for some reason I stopped being able to access my Facebook account. I assumed that the chess.com account would die with it, but I noticed the other day that I have been charged the new yearly sub. I know the username but I no longer know which password goes with it. When I try to click on forget password, I can see that the email address associated with the account is one that no longer exists.

So I have no access to my chess.com account and no access to the email associated with the account, which means that resetting the password won't work. It is impossible to contact support: I have 3 times now tried to go through the AI chatbot and I get told someone will contact me but they never do. Does anyone have any suggesting for what I can do?

How long ago did the use the Support tool and how long did it say it would take to get a reply?
