Yeah, I am also having the same problem. I'm in a game, but system keeps searching for opponents, and this disgusting message flares up. Thank God staff is looking into it. I have another problem. The rating ranges no longer show up whenever I send a challenge to the community, which is catastrophic, because one day when I sent a challenge, ignoring the rating range's disappearance, a game suddenly popped up, with an opponent rated 2150. I was shocked, and wondered why the system didn't even register the rating barrier of (-25) set. I'm also experiencing longer pairing times, please help as it never happened before (I used to get earlier matches in seconds).

I hope everything returns back to normal.

I had this problem for months, till finally notice correlation – it works fine without VPN and intermittently with VPN.

It's happening to me also. I had problems starting yesterday. I've lost over 100 elo on my Bullet rating.

And trying to contact support through the support button is stupid as f#$%^ just opens a low-level AI chatbot that takes you in circles
So frustrated, I pay over $100 for my membership for this bum ahh support
