Cannot delete messages

I am having problems deleting private messages. I clicked Select All, then Delete, and nothing is deleted. I also tried selecting 1 single message, but it will not delete either.

Help! I am being bombarded with chess.com messages and having the same problem as kleelof.  Unable to delete them.  

I am a afraid it is a bug on chess.com that affects every users, regardless of their browsers and operating systems.

Hopefully the administration has been notified and will start working on it soon, before our mailbox gets too full.

It would be nice in V3 to have the system suggest threads that might be the same topic.

I submitted a ticket about 12 hours ago.  I tried every way of deleting messages (all, check box, button in message, etc); did a soft reboot of my computer; cleared cookies and did a hard reboot.  Nothing worked.

We're very sorry, there were some UI changes required in preparation for v3; messages currently can't be deleted.

I have to agree.  I have so many chesscom emails telling me about some matchplay that I am worried that my message about winning the Nigerian Lottery will be passed over

Aaron, all you have to do is give then your bank account number, but an automatic deposit.

They offer automatic deposit now?  It is so much safer than giving out your credit card number.  Hold on, I am getting a phone call from Microsoft saying that my computer is sending out viruses.

                        I've got it. EUREKA!   To solve the delete problem, spread the word to all members, NOT to open ANY messages from chess.com. We can say, Erik planted a virus. (Yeah, that's the ticket). This should create a log jam. Then we can bust the flood gates, and bring down the whole server.
