can't connect to play games

Hi. I'm experiencing some serious problems playing online. Yesterday I was not able to play for the best part of the day as I was not able to connect. Today I'm getting a Cant connect error message. All other functions work well. I'm playing from my iPhone. Thanks

Try it again. There was a bug that was recently fixed that impacted some members.

hi I can't connect to games since days. it is not a browser issue as i can play on chess.com if I'm not logged in (as a guest user). I can also play via the app, but when I'm logged in no browser works. neither brave, nor chrome, nor firefox. always the same message: difficult to connect. Dear Chess.com what is the issue?

Been having this issue today as well.

For those currently having the issue, try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't help, can you post a screenshot of any errors you're seeing? Or is it just seeking without finding an opponent?

For a few hours, each time I try to play online I get the following errors:

- First
- Then

I try to play Blitz 3min, on https://www.chess.com/play/online, with Firefox 131.0.2 (64-bit)
