OK so I just tested out some things. 
Can't drag arrows to any of those red fields when I drag them from the shown fields. Closing browser and cleaning cache doesn't fix this. This is so weird. Any ideas?

still annoying that I can't do all arrows.
This is also happening to me. Why does this happen? Would be crazy if it was just the two of us almost a year apart.

Still have this problem, pretty much for the life of my chesscom account
Happening to me too. Occurs only (?) with my rooks some of the times.
This is sad. 
Might this be a browser or an operating system issue? The problem is still not solved for me.
Hello, as the title says I sometimes can't drag the arrows and I don't know why. Couldn't find anything here and with google.
For example:
I highlighted the arrows I can't draw from my rook on F8 with the red fields. It's annoying when I try to think about possible moves when I can't draw arrows SOMETIMES.
Is that bug known? What can I do to fix it?
I should mention that this happens in a lot of games/puzzles/etc and it's #$@&*!!!
