can't promote pawns

Happens to me all the time while using chrome. Lost multiple times because of that dumb bug. Usually it does pop up but at the menu side so when I try to click it I just leave the screen. When I collapse the side bar it just doesnt pop up.

I have the same problem; since a month i cannot promote the pawn: i use the app, but the last step to promotion doesn't go through. 

Same problem. Reported few days ago in a bug option but nothing changed. Already wasted a wins 2x times by this...suprisingly my pawn cloud not be moved from line 7 to 8 at all...i couldnt even click on it to be active. Two ranked games 10 min wasted with big advantage drawed by out of time.

Anybody with a solution to the problem that the pawn cannot take the last step to final rank? It is happening to me since about 6 months.... I use the app and reinstalled it several times, but the problem is still there.

That happens to me, too.

June 26 2022. Twice trying to promote a pawn in two different games. Promotion piece is active but cant select any.  Several clicks/refresh etc. Chrome/Desktop.
