can't remove elo rating changed message

Just tap the little x in the corner if the box, or tap off of the box on the board. This works on ios, I don’t know what you use.
that's just the problem it's not there on my mobile, s8xl so big screen. I wrote it in help==> "report an error"
For a few weeks now I can't delete the elo rating changed message away when I game has ended on mobile. That results that I can't look at the end position of the game.
