Same here. Pieces missing, and new game has no pawns or king on one side. Puzzles missing king etc. Weird. Ipad aps works ok. Seems to be PC issue only. Sent e-mail support. Also Canadian.

I suspect we have our own server in Canada and it might need a reboot, LOL.

Same issue, I think it is an issue with the images because I can't see the background, people's pictures, the pieces (except for the bishops and king).  I looked under theme to try and change the theme of the pieces but could not see any options.  Just made an account for chess24 for the time being.

Some pieces have 404 errors, so no matter what browser you use, you will not receive the image.  E.g. for me I have no access to black pawns, but can load black kings lol

I think it is additional lockdown and social distancing measures. Online chess in Canada is now deemed too dangerous because of online variants?

I believe it's a web server side problem. does not affect the mobile versions because they save the pic in their app.
