Huzzah! I finally stumbled upon the key to this. After many frustrating attempts; I tried typing the the text WITHOUT the spaces between the characters. Sure enough my question was finally accepted.
Captcha on other sites I've used requires spaces. Apparently this one does not. What a strange little quirk. A helpful hint from staff would have been greatly appreciated.
Maybe I'm dumber than a stump but I've tried several times to post a question to Help & Support & CAPTCHA keeps declining my entry. What's up with that?
