castle issue

idk why but I can't able to castle in some games even when I didn't move king and took. it happened 4 to 5 times in last 2 days. is it a bug or I did something stupid again?
I wasn't in check, moreover there was no other enemy piece which was blocking the way, I.e rook, Bishop, queen

Can you show an example game with the move where you tried to castle?
I don't know how to upload images here but you can check my profile, latest game which I played with a Nigerian guy, I wasn't in check and no one was blocking the way but still I couldn't castle, so I resigned. I was able to castle in past few games but not this time and in last one, it seems like it happens when I try to castle during middle game.

What method are you using to castle?
Normal: Tapping on the rook while the king is selected will not castle. Other drag-to-castle and tap-to-castle behaviors remain unchanged. This option is intended to prevent accidentally castling.
