Hi everyone,
I’m posting here because I’ve been trying to resolve this with Chess.com support but haven’t received any response from a human agent yet.
I started a 7-day free trial, canceled the trial, and still got charged BRL 399.99 for an annual subscription. I did not receive any notification of anything.
I contacted support immediately (within 7 days of the charge), explained the situation, canceled the subscription to avoid future charges, and requested a refund under the right of withdrawal for online purchases.
It’s now been over 72 hours with no response from a support specialist.
