Unfortunately you're not allowed to have two accounts. You need to just use the one you have and not create any more

I keep getting an "oops you're blocked" reply to any Message or Note I try to send to a Friend. Other attempts to other Friends are okay. Could my Friend have inadvertantly clicked some option shutting me out? He has meanwhile sent me messages but I am still shut out from replying to him.
Please give me a clue as to what is wrong and how I may fix it; if possible from my end.

If you're blocked from contacting them then yes, they have blocked you. The person who blocks can contact you, but you can't reply to them

So, I guess the question remains, why?
We have been on friendly terms and he continues to send me messages. So, I guess what I am asking is... can you confirm his intention to block me.
For instance, he continues to message me as to why I don't reply and I can't even tell him that I'm blocked by some mistake he made?
So, can you (Staff) ask him to verify that he wants me blocked? Then if that's true, then so be it.

Send me a private message with his username and I'll check for you to see if it is a mistake.

Kohai is pretty efficient but just in case he hasn't got back to you by private message, then move your cursor over his icon/avatar & a pop-up pane appears. Click on 'Send Message' & you'll be directed to your message send-box, with his username already filled in.
Then you can enter your message details & send it.

I've already contacted him for you. He has said if he blocked you it was purely by mistake. Hes asked me how to unblock you now :)

HE? I think Kohai is a woman, if I'm not mistaken.

I've just been searching Kohai's profile for a clue - I think I've found one..
Random fact about me is that I sing contralto.
Funny thing is whenever Kohai's replied to my e-mails, I've always heard her in a deep tenor!
