Chess.com break FAIRPLAY

This is unbelieveble, i was played with cheater he was banned 3rd of May, I was reported him several time, because from the day of game with him I feel this is cheater , finally in a six days of waiting this cheater was banned his profile (https://www.chess.com/member/friendly-abe) but CHESS.COM didn;t return my points, this is unbelieveble, also it is impossible to connact with human modeartor, chess.com there’s no lower you can go. contact me!!! because you break the rules of FAIR PLAY!!!

Thanks for oponion, in my case I played rapid, pleayers pleayed with him rapid received back their lost points , exept me

probably now I understand what is the reason, system allow him to play 102 games, after game with me, after game with me (RAPID) to avoid a pumishment for cheating he played a lot of blitz and loose, cause he understand what he do ... but is this a my problem .. and is it FAIR not to return me points ?

It's possible the account was closed for games in a different rating pool than the games you played them in. If you didn't get a point refund, that is possibly why.
