Chess.com puzzles glitch

Every time I do puzzles, there is a small chance ONLY IF I GET A PUZZLE CORRECT, it just freezes and doesn't tell me how much my rating went up. The only fix I know is to reload the page, making it forget I got the problem correct. If I get a problem wring, then it just shows my rating go down and saves. Could you please fix this problem?

While I've had an occasional puzzle freeze, it is a very rare occurrence.

How are you accessing the puzzles?

I am using edge and no using and VPNs/proxies. I go directly through chess.com/puzzles/rated This happens every few days and those days I pretty much cant do any puzzles at all (without having my rating crash down) 

If you haven't, you might try clearing your browser cache. 

Is daily puzzle 22/02/23 wrong? It tells its solved when it hasn’t?

I wouldn’t recommend playing in the app. I have tried playing there and it never loads.

Been getting this problem for 3 years. Weird how they havent fixed it yet since we're all paying $$$

I sometimes see it but I believe it's just a disconnect issue. In the app backing out and starting again resolves the problem.

Its telling me to alter my range to over a 1000, but i cant even do the ones under 1000.?

How can i go back to doing the easier puzzles. ?

When I'm just trying to do my puzzles it doesn't let me do my three daily puzzles not the one everyone has but the rechargeable 3 little puzzles per day isn't loading it is just back ground, menu, and adds.

Are you using a school/corporate device? If so, they’re using a filter/software that is blocking code from loading
