Chess.com website not loading bots or explorer

When I go to the explorer or bots on the Chess.com website, nothing loads. Not the game board or the UI.
Is there a way I can fix this? I've already tried using a different browser (Chrome and safari).

I have this problem too. Chess.com has a lot of bugs.

or search on Google chess.com help and support and message them

if you have a lot of tabs on your computer you might want to delete them and try loading chess.com again

oh my gosh

also I still cannot do puzzles or other stuff

for variants, it keeps saying "reconnecting"

Everything is good on my side but chess,com is not and is totally [removed — MS] up. This should be fixed or removed from the internet. It is so frustrating in the past few weeks.

There is no known, system issue, that I’m aware of. The vast majority of members aren’t having any issues. Which problem exactly are you having?

What happens when you try? Game Review is ran server side.
