On the sixth day of my 7 day trial I contacted Support to cancel my trial as I do not have the time to take advantage of Premium Membership. Their response was to upgrade me to FULL Premium Membership for $99 - AND ALL THIS WHILE THE 7 DAY TRIAL WAS STILL VALID.
The only response to my pleas is to downgrade the membership and forfeit partial refund for the days I have had the Premium membership.
How do I contact someone to fix this? Raising a support ticket gets you to the original support member & he will not respond except with his automated message on how to downgrade at my expense.
If you have been upgraded, a direct request for a refund is needed.
A little late now, but you could have cancelled without a ticket, that is only needed for the refund.
