I’d you use free trial it will automatically charge you if you don’t cancel, I’m pretty sure.
they have charged me more than 6 times now.

I tried Wits-end, I could not but i got email from chess that they have done it for me for now.
candaian-rt i tried but could not.
They have charged me 2 times and took away my membership without even refunding me my money, a good friend had to literally get me a one month membership. I am very disappointed because its been 10 days now and they haven't reached out to me and this is a serious issue!

It could take a few more day. Last I knew, they had close to a 12 day backlog.
Hello everyone.
I bought plan on 3 Feb. I got charged double same day i got refund for 1 charge.
Then i was charged on 6 Feb 2 times for no reason.
then today i was charged 2 times for no reason.
I opened ticket on 6 Feb when i was charged for no reason and cancelled my all plan. As
It was supposed to be charge for 1 year. but chess has been charging me all time when i have balance in my account. WTF. No reply from ticket since 10 days.
I will open the dispute claim if no body reply me in 2 days.
