Has no-one else experienced the "Insert Game" widget coming up blank in Microsoft Edge?
Chessboard widget doesn't work in Edge (win 10)

I know that Edge is not a suggested browser currently, and there have been code work arounds to get some things to work in Edge that work fine in Chrome and Firefox.
I haven't seen other posts with this particular issue, but that doesn't mean anything.

OK, I've installed Chrome and the chessboard widget works now.
Thank you.
Maybe possible line of code that someone forgot to put in? I'm not a coder though and i dont have edge so i can't say for sure.
Because I'm pretty sure it is possible someone forgot to do like
stamp Insert_Chessboard
function test_for [Chessboard_ID]
function stamp [Chessboard_ID]
function playable [Chessboard_ID]
tehcat might be right (i don't know). one thing i do know is that versions of ms browsers have sucked for years.
just go back and forth between whatever their newest offering is and either chrome or firefox. it's what i've done.
now, i'm not the biggest fan of google either as they mine and sell our info (i use duckduckgo to search), but, as browsers go, it works for everything i need.
I just updated my Edge browser to version 81.0.416.58 (Official build) (64-bit). The game post widget works again.
This is the first Edge version I've installed since the transition to the Chromium engine. I don't know why I was not seeing prompts to upgrade from the browser itself. I had to go to the Microsoft website.

Yes, that fixed it. Thanks.

It that version is using the Chrome renderer, that would explain it working ![]()
