chess.com tolerates  violence against member!

User CaroWerlknack reported several severe abuses, harassment and stalking. All protocols/mails are at chess.com, but no action was taken. When one stalker came to the home (!) of the user, the police were involved and chess.com received new notifications. Result? User CaroWerlknack´s account was closed instantly ... for cheating (!), although chess.com is not able to prove cheating and is just interested to get rid of this user. This is the easiest way. In court they will have to prove – once and for all! CaroWerlknack is back in hospital while the abusers laugh and have the obvious support of chess.com. Lawyers in CA are now taking chess.com to the courts.

This thread will be observed. Closure of this thread is admitting of being guilty. Of course my account will now be closed as well, but let us see for what reason.

I know the consequences. I will not sit still. To tolerate the chess mafia and chess GESTAPO is not right! It must come to an end! Nobody can trust chess.com anymore.

Umm.. if someones threatening to come beat the crap out of you at home there is probably other people you should inform instead of a chess website..

I would imagine that chess.com would take any such threats extremey seriously. To ignore them would be comparable to someone in a fun park looking the other way when one person beat up another.

Everyone signs an agreement before being on chess.com to abide by laws such as these.

CaroWerlknack was cheater, liar and community deceiver with fake profile.

It was me who discovered it and reported her and I am quite proud of myself.
