I   choose to play anyone online. The board comes up and i select to play white. I click on play and before I can move, the board flips. I've aborted numerous games because I'm tired of playing black. I've done it enough  More importantly, i want a choice.

When people had a choice, everyone was "tired" of playing black even if they had played only a couple of games as black recently (as I notice you have).
