Do you by chance have any extensions on the browser at all? Have you been able to test this on another browser (maybe internet explorer or safari) to see if its just with Chrome?

I'm using chrome Version 23.0.1271.95 m -- I usually have multiple tabs open, For the last few days, the chess.com tab has been locking up frequently. I am unable to scroll the window or interact with the page in any way. A refresh of the tab makes it work again.
Are there other reports of this same issue?
