You are supposed to receive the messages at your registered e-mail address. It certainly works here.

I'm currently trying one mongth gold membership to see if it's worth the money. One feature I was interested in was the computer analysis. However, it doesn't seem to work. I posted several games to the engine and it said that I will receive a message when the analysis is completed. So far, however, I didn't receive such a message although I posted the first games about a week ago. What's going on?
