Did this problem occur with the Live Chess, Online Chess, or Play against the Computer? If this was the Live Chess where you were having some problems please be aware that the Live Chess is still in the developmental phase and there may still be some connection issues.
However, Chess.com's main focus currently is improving the Live Chess and eliminating any connection problems which you may be currently experiencing.
