I have the same problem regarding internet connection. But there are also days when net connection is good just like today and what's frustrating is that I just won a game and after that game I was trying to start a new game and what I got was this persistent message "Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy - which prohibits stalling, abandoning games or frequently aborting. You must now wait 5 minutes between games. This restriction will be lifted automatically after a few days, or after you play several fair games". This is sooo frustrating! :(
While i started playing game, in the middle of the game i got disconnected. it said connection interrupted and after a long time i waited to finish the game but i lost the game due to disconnection.During my opponent's move it got disconnected and I still lost. It happened to me lot of time and i lost the game.
