Why do people so often feel the necessity to threaten chess.com that they'll leave or whatever?; the site staff are always incredibly responsive to member complaints.

Fisrt, have you considered that problem might not be chess.com (it's probably Vista)?
Second, why do you think you're too good to use the ticket support system like everyone else?
Third, why can't you try using a different browser just for chess.com?
Being a member for at least two years, why is it that I do not get an answer to my question " why do I get connection interrupt messages during my live play". Please respond. I use MS Vista and IE9. I have sent many messages but never have received a response. I cannot change IE9 to another browser because it will affect all my other files and programs. Please send me a telephone number for tech support to discuss this issue. I have already paid at least $200 for your site and now have to decide whether to continue for another year. July 28, 2011 is my deadline.Please send me a tel # about renewing my subscription.

Are you running any other applications when trying to log into live chess? Like media players,sending/receiving emails? current downloads?
What type of connection do you have to the internet? adsl ? wifi ?
When IE9 was first released it was a beta version, are you using that one or the full version of IE9 ?
