Connection on this site is terrible

You failed to see meat of the problem. It happened after 8 minutes in a 10 minute game.
- How can I make moves perfectly fine from 10 minutes down to 2?
- Why does my connection completely fail near the end of a game? If this was based on the excuses you linked to, then wouldn't it happen between 10 minutes down to 2 also?
- The excuse of it being a chess site is lame considering Lichess never has this problem.
- And why is it my connection MAGICALLY becomes better AFTER the 2 minutes is up? When I play successive games, I get no disconnections.

This is the biggest BS:
"Joining a server in most games means that you will be on one near you, with likely less than 100 other players. But Chess.com has hundreds of thousands of players all on ONE server because we need to be able to match you with anyone in the chess community to find an opponent near your rating who wants to play the same time control as you. If we split our player pool up only to limited regional servers, it would mean longer wait times and a fractured player base."
I am NOT getting paired with people at my level. I can play 1300s and win, and I can lose miserably to 800s. Also, I don't care about waiting for an opponent. I just want to be able to finish the game instead of getting disconnected 8 minutes (on my side) into the game.
Why play the game then? If you can't keep our connections for the full game, THAT IS A YOU PROBLEM!!! Don't blame the users of your site for YOUR PROBLEM.
I play a 10 minute game, and as I near 2 minutes on the clock, the board keeps refreshing to get connected again and then I lose because of poor connection. However, the connection MAGICALLY works as soon as the time on my clock has elapsed. Why? This is not my internet connection. My connection to things like Youtube and Twitch/Discord is perfectly fine. I can even disconnect/close out and my connection to chess.com doesn't improve.
Again, the telling sign is that after the 2 minutes elapsed my connection to chess.com was perfectly fine. Fix your servers or admit someone is messing with your servers.
