Hello,

I tried to open the iphone app, for chess.com, and got the message in the subject line. I don't see any update available to the app store, so I believe I am on the most current version of the app.

Thanks for any ideas on this, and fixing the issue.

Но да, жалко, что никто из chess.com не отвечает и пытается решить проблему. Им похуй.

Да. Действительно, проблема неожиданно ушла. Спустя неделю..)

Anyone got a screenshot? This sounds really bad.

Hey everyone, this is a known issue, that is effecting users on both iOS and Android apps, it is known and we are working on this. 

It has happened to me on the Android app and after uninstalling the app and re-installing it, it worked again after a day. If you are still having trouble, please let us know which device you are using and which app (or if you are using a web browser and the site) to support@chess.com and we will do what we can to help!

This is the 2nd time it happens to me in the same month. While being on a paid membership. Feels a bit tiring to go over it again without explanation
