They fixed the problem with the button not appearing, however, it didn't do anything, because it is still not possible to customize the background (upload), regardless of the image. I wanted to leave my theme like this:

Are you getting the "Oops..." red banner? Some members are getting that but it's not impacting everyone.

Exactly, it doesn't matter the image. And I saw a lot of people complaining about the same thing, it's a problem with the website
