You may want to open a ticket and clearly state what your issue is. I don't know if staff can help in this situation but public accusations are not allowed.

This IM is a cheater so guys plz be aware from him.I have prrof if anyone wants to know what he donw with me/I send him 90 usd and he cheated me nd declined me to send the money ,
see the recipt.Now he blocked me and left me .I hope chess.com will ban him nd his title from here.i also have many prorfs of his chatting and I have prrof of bank department mails too
