Diamond Free Trial Purchase Processing

Hello, at 13:48 CEST I subscribed to the diamond yearly plan. However, since then I have not had the pleasure to redeem any of the benefits which come with this package. I am not sure what may cause this issue or if it is just a matter of time but could someone please look into this? I am on the mobile app version of this site.

If you purchased it from the Apple store, it's not an automatic process.  Someone has to manually input it (or so I've read) which could take a few days since support is overwhelmed by all the new members.  Pretty sure though that your membership won't officially start though until that happens so you're not losing any days of membership.  You have my sympathy: gratification delayed is gratification denied...

Okay, thanks. I hope that I will not lose days on the free trial. However, I am pretty sure that I will be billed as the subscription will most likely not be changed due to this issue so I’ll have just have to hope that they do it as soon as possible I guess. Have a good day :)

It's worth waiting for.  If you have the time to take advantage of Diamond benefits it's a great deal.
