Diamond Membership doesn’t work

Hello friends, I bought a diamond membership 2 hours ago, the money is already debited, but I didn't get any functions.

I’m hoping to find help here.

I have the app on an Apple mobile phone, which I have already updated and also restarted several times.

Does this account email match what's on the app store account? Often when there's an issue, the membership is credited to that account.

You will likely need to enter a ticket with support directly.
