different ratings per club

I am new to chess.com and still trying to learn my way around. I am confused since only playing one game against a live opponent and a few computer games at my rating. It appears to change all the time. When I look at the list of members in any club I have joined the rating appear to change randomly for me and others. I belong to 2 clubs and when I see myself in the list the rating could be anything. See the image below all taken today with no games played. Can someone explain what is going on?
