I turned off the graph, and it still does it.
I think it just hates you.
I'm not the only one. Read above. They said to install IE 8, and I did a long time ago, and it still does it.
I thought somebody on the staff always answered threads in the help & support section. It's been days, and nobody has!

Yes normally I do, but I've been crazy busy with live chess testing, fixes and updates so haven't been in here much lately sorry
I've looked through your posts on here, you said (to confirm) you're on xp with IE8, you said its not dial up, but I didn't see anywhere where you'd posted what your connectivity is.
Is it adsl or wifi ?
How old is your computer?
Is it a standard pc or laptop?
Its coming up for 2am for me now, I should be able to bug test this for you in the morning as i have almost a replica laptop. I just need to re-install IE8 on it.

Thanks. You must live in Greenland!
yeah
I logged in with IE8 and IE8 (64 bit) earlier today, both showed no problems
however, IE9 is the one that keeps crashing.
If Firefox is slow and IE has connection issues then maybe there is another factor at play that isn't visible by only comparing this site to others. What I mean to say is you might have spyware and\or corrupt plugins. Best way to test this, though admittedly not always practical, is to use another computer in the same household. Just some ideas. Good luck.

I have IE8, though, not nine.
perhaps after a week you should email the staff directly through the help and support link at the bottom of the page.
