disconnection.....

I m having about 30Mb/S internett connection (up and Download). But have poor connection on chess.com...!?? just lost a game becouse of diconnection...

And i m missing a bit a direct (almost) chat connection with support (like icc)

Exept that,I like very much chess.com, easy in use and great choise with video lessons and other possibilities

Sorry you're having issues with disconnections :( I've sent you a message to see if we can't get something figured out. 

I don't know why but live chess freezes loads lately for about the last 3 weeks. Its becoming pointles trying to use this site anymore.

I do notice it happens a lot when some mookie download is trying to occur. Whether this has anything to do with it or some other problem is responsible i do not know, other than I cant use live chess much anymore.

Do you still have this issue when whatever mookie is, isn't trying to download something?

chess.com servers absolutely suck.  no matter where i am, what my connection is (wireless or wired), i am frequently disconnected and have trouble reconnecting.  this has cost me numerous games.  if this site wasn't free i would definitely not play here.
