This is happening to me quite often these days too. I did all the recomended troubleshoot but the problem persists...
Here is the result of my internet test:

No extra tab open in the browser, no torrent or other downloads, no skype, msn or other types of messengers...
This problem is forcing me to stop playing live and to go back to study chess with my software till the problem get solved... that's the good side of it :)
after playing for abour 30 seconds i get disconnected for only a second or so, this then happens thoughout the game cutting in every 10 seconds or so, this happens on my computer and laptop.
