I used to have two accounts till recently (I just came to know that it is not allowed ). My main account which I was using since 2014 got banned 5 days back. I don't know why since I mostly use that account only for puzzles solving. They said that I will receive an email regarding how can I appeal but I have received none.
I know I don't cheat so it is frustrating to not being able to know why I am banned and there is no way to contact support staff. Chat help bot is more or less useless cause standard reply is that 'you must have got an email'
It is very disappointing. I really hope I could know why I am banned and if I can do anything to clear that.
The support tool in the menu can be used to open a ticket. You need to explain your situation explicitly and you should eventually be able to get to this
