Download all games to PGN file not working

i tried several times, the system says my PGN file will be emailed to me, but i do not get any email.  Can you help?

I think there'sa queue for multiple pgn downloads. It'll arrive some time. Smile

OK. I have requests waiting for several days now.  Only first one came thru in few minutes.  did my requests get stuck because i made so many of them (~10)?

I don't know. In the meantime, you know you can download individual pgns of single games, without waiting for any e-mail, right?

OK.  so that is my plan B.  Meanwhile, hopefully the guys at chess.com are working on my request.
