downloading pgn files

Hi, when i trie to download pgn file it says "'Failed to generate your PGN. Please wait for your other PGN requests to finish first."'

The downloading doesn't start. Does anyone know why?

You can only request one download at a time.  It is sent by email to your address.  I think the server fulfills the requests when it is less busy, so you may have to wait a few hours before filing another request.

is there a specific program to help download the chess games in PGN format for a OS x Mac?

I am now getting this too, and unlike what PP's sarcastic comment implies, I am not waiting for any other PGN requests to finish. Does anybody know what the problem might be? I have downloaded PGNs off this site before without a problem.

I still don't know what the problem was, but it seems to have worked itself out now anyway.
