How do I download or print the analysis of my games from the game analyser?

You mean the analysis board?

http://www.chess.com/analysis-board-editor.html

Click on "Game Editor" on the right, and then click "copy pgn."

Then open any pgn editor or even text editor such as notepad and paste. Then you can save the file.

After the anaysis if you click "copy pgn" you only get the game and not the

analysis with the game. Strange!
