Draw offer not accepted

Hi, I would like to know why, when I refuse to take up a draw offer (I can win this, but opponent (Khantusion) thinks that I can't and offered me a draw), can I stop getting messages pop up for the draw on my iphone.

My opponent is deliberately moving at the last moment each time, so this game will drag on forever. Can you please review this game and honestly think I have no chance to win.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

FIDE rule 12.6: http://www.fide.com/component/handbook/?id=124&view=article

"It is forbidden to distract or annoy the opponent in any manner whatsoever. This includes unreasonable claims, unreasonable offers of a draw or the introduction of a source of noise into the playing area."

The Help & Support forum is actually the first line of defense, so the staff is not bombarded with messages.

Help & Support then Contact Support.

Try Report Abuse, perhaps the staff will issue a warning.

I voiced a similar concern shortly after I joined chess.com, which wasn't that long ago. I was playing a game which I was almost certain to win,, and KY opponent was clearly dragging out the proceedings. It's a total drag, and makes for very boring chess, but there doesn't seem to be much one can do about it except try never to play the same person again. btw, good luck on our current game, within reason, of course.
