Hi, I'm new to the site. I went to the alerts centre and they are all selected but I am not getting emails saying that it is my turn.

Go to your emails and make sure the chess.com emails aren't getting sent to the spam folder.

I checked my spam. Wasn't there. For some reason I've started receiving them. So problem solved.
