Hello, there is miss payment about chess. I tried one time for 1 week diamond premium as suggestion of chess.com. And i am not using chess.com or playing chess for a long time. İ deposit a money to my Papara account and suddenly a transciption has been made about 400₺. Dear attedants, i am triyng to closeing my own to my friend and i need to redeem him. For a refund just the Support option in the menu from the account requesting it and choose the billing/refund related option
