Is that the website or app? Might be a screen size issue.
I have the exact same issue, and I tested it on 3 different browsers. It was still working 2 days ago, I think this might just be a bug from chess.com

I have the issue too, the bar is black with some green at the bottom.
If you mean Game Review, there may have been an issue earlier but it seems to be working now.
