That was in April and the account was closed well after you played them. Refunds aren't given that far back.

The board has frozen at least 4 times tonight. This is a chess.com issue because I have no problems on any other site. 4 losses because the site freezes. Just awful.

Good morning. I would like to request an analysis of my game with player [removed - MS] from January 1, 2026. After my 20th move (knight g6 on e5), player [removed] waited 7 minutes and 22 seconds for his 21st move (pawn c3 on c4). After making this move, the course of the game changed drastically! I have reason to suspect a violation of fair play. Best regards, jurek-57.

What matters is when accounts are closed and how many games back that was.

Public accusations are not allowed. If you think any member would send disallowed resources, you should report them directly to staff.

It's possible it was a problem between you and the site.
