Play 'friends' often enough to offset the earlier frequency of disconnects problem.

i recently got this message about some kind of fair play policy in which i can't play chess anymore because of disconnection. i did not get disconnected in fact my opponent got disconnected and now i can't play for some reason. this has hapenned to me twice and it's really starting to annoy me. does anyone know how to get rid of it so i can play?!
