Focus mode isn't working

I used to have the setting to have focus mode on while I play live chess games 2 years ago, but I realized when I started playing again a few weeks ago the setting doesn't work and focus mode doesn't work. Is there a way to fix this?

2. Try a different browser or device — occasionally, browser updates (like Chrome or Edge) can interfere with how display features load on Chess.com.

3. Clear your cache/cookies, then reload the site — it might fix a stuck setting.

If none of that helps, I’d recommend reporting it to Chess.com Support. They may be able to confirm if it's a known issue or something that needs fixing.
