Free trial and support not responding

Hello,

Recently I choose to subscribe to the free trial diamond tier. However, as many others may have pointed out and I have before, it is not given. I canceled the subscription before the payment date as I could not trust that I would get it after my payment if I couldn't get a chance of trying it out in the first place. After my trial period had ended without receiving it I choose to sent them a message, it was sent on the 25th of June which is about a week ago. Could anyone help me out?

I realize English is not your first language, but you only have to read the scores of recent posts on this subject. Be patient.

@Lagomorph is a regular member like you and not staff. Nor am I but right now staff is inundated with tickets and are working through them, so it is taking longer than normal. Some refund requests have been taking around a week.

 

They will get your refund handled.

The main issue is that there isn't an automatic integration with the app purchase process and the site. There are some manual steps that have to be performed to apply the trial/purchase to the account.

 

Had you upgraded on the website, the premium would have been immediate and applied when logging in on the app

If you dont want your money "taken"  The read what you signed up for, and cancel in time.
